I always hear people in the parking lot at night. Also, since the pool never closes, people are always being loud in the pool at night all summer long. Management does not effectively enforce the pet policy, so there is poop everywhere. Parking is scarce. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who likes to sleep or doesn't like stepping in dog poop.
