I've lived here for a year now, and have no plans to leave this complex in the near future. I am very happy. There are cheaper places in town, but I appreciate the amenities here, e.g., attentive staff, pleasant surroundings, not getting shot, etc. I'll pay a little extra for that. You won't need to call maintenance very often, but when you do call, they are very timely and efficient. I don't have any noise problems and whereas I don't always get the parking spot my heart desires, I never have to park too far away. Overall, it's pretty awesome.

my electric bill is around $80 in the summer, around $110 in the winter. it's not horrendous.
