new management worse than the one before, at least under prior mgt, tenants had heat and air, not true any longer, no heat when cold no a/c when hot, jeopardizing health of elderly residents, have also now raised rent, rent is too high for the size in comparison to other local listings which include more ammenities and whom have trusted management, unlike this management who is only out for the buck.
