This was a great place to live... we moved in around 2.5 years ago, and loved it. Since then it has been placed under new management, and lacks the friendliness and integrity of the previous manager. It is still probably the cheapest place in Tyler to live, but it isn't worth it. Suddenly, the great people that we have come to know and love are slowing disappearing. Price increase after price increase has driven most of the older tenants away, and I sincerely doubt that the new management has no real standard for accepting new tenants, as is quite obvious by some of our new neighbors. Now we have weekly visits from the police. Great!
