No heat during the coldest part of this winter, noisy neighbors and little to no management. Between the extremely old neighbors, who have nothing to do but try to get into your business, to the extremely young who have no regard for the other tenants, this place is a cross between a nursing home and a housing project. The "manager" will lie like a rug to get you in here and then only appears when rent is due. To hear screaming and "F" you from domestic fights at 3am is common. Beer cans littering the yard and walking on dog feces trying to get to your car, is an embarrassment. This place is not my idea of a home. I was shown an apt that where there was a wall blocking the noise of traffic from Broadway and given one that had no wall, ensuring you heard every screech tire from that main street. It's just another roach infested, extremely noisy embarrassment of Tyler!
