Tyler may have a shortage in rental property but sleep in your car before you shell out money for the armpit of Tyler living. Freakazoids are rampant here, you know the kind, heavy dark eyeliner, they have to respect for anyone, some are just the young and stupid type, others are on deaths door and have nothing else to do but watch your every more. Then there is always the couple that have that 1 dimension veneer that makes them appear "normal" by day yet by night you can find them peeing in the bushes, tossing beer cans are the grounds, swearing like they were raised in the street, I even saw one guy hit his wife/gf/current tramp, in face after screaming at her loud enough to have awaken everyone. The police don't bother coming when there is a disturbance. The management is a joke, collects money and that is it. She lies through her teeth, assuming your stupid enough to beleive her b.s. about the place. She even justified that it was the tenants fault that their car was broken into because they left a pkg in the car' What kind of rational is that. Take your money and sleep in your car, you'll get more rest and don't have to feel depressed each time you drive into The Barclay's, unless of course you enjoy paying way too much for roaches, all night noise, no heat in winter, no a/c in summer, an over flowing trashbin that can't handle all the trash for so many residence, a laundry facility that is from the early 60's - that is cheap yet only gets your clothes wet, not clean. And finally, walking through dog crap to get to the few covered parking spots is always a great way to begin/end your day.
