I moved in without knowing what the apartment looked like until moving day. What a disappointment. It looked like it had not even been cleaned, the cabinets in the bathroom AND kitchen were mildewed, splintered and falling off. It took months to get those fixed. The water was constantly turned off without warning, off and on the whole time I lived there. Once we had no hot water from Fri-Mon, with no warning or effort to understand why this was a serious problem. The office staff said, we understand because some of us live here too. Neighbors are loud, walls are paper thin. You pay for your own water, even though it isn't reliable. The office staff are worthless. Its the ghetto.
