Horrible Maintenance and water problems always

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
lived there for 2 years and horrible maintenance and every week had atleast 2 dyas of no hot water. They are on a boiler system and the water is always a problem. Very old apartments. Need to be condemed and fix plumbing and walls shake when going upstairs. Very bad! Management changes so often you never know anyone and nothing ever gets done! I would not recommend this place to anyone I knew! If they would spend as much money as they do on the grounds on maintenance problems then this place would be a little better but there are so many problems that they are better off condemming them and starting all over!
