Well lets seeIm not completely condemning this place because I have lived in worse, but just make sure you are aware that conditions could be better. The apartment layout is perfect for the roommate situation, but theres not much in the way of storage. In fact the only storage closet that they offer is where your washer and dryer go; which is outside on the balcony by the way. Theres no shelving in it, we had to install our own, and I hope its not raining or freezing when you decide to do your laundry. Also if theres a big storm the doors leak drenching your washer and dryer and anything else you happen to have sitting on the floor. That cant be safe right''' Also, this sounds weird but my toilet was leaning! They said it was because the foundation was settling, but I lived on the second floor. We also had a bit of drama involving a third roommate that Im not going to get into, but lets just say that we ended up with a huge hole in our bathroom door that didnt get fixed until after we moved out about 5 months later. The parking is pretty good in most places. The walls are pretty thin, so the noise can be really bad depending on your neighbors. As far as management goes I personally think it depends on which one you talk to. One of them is pretty good, but we were convinced that the other one was on some kind of medication because there was just no emotion or reaction or anything there! As far as maintance goes, I think theyre a little shady. Ive heard of things mysteriously coming up missing out of locked apartments, and they have let their self in on many occasions when my roommate was in the shower, so watch out for that. So if you can deal with all of that then go for it.
