Nearly all the buildings have had a rat problem going on the 5th month now, with NO relief. The end of September to the beginning of October we started reporting rat dropping in the kitchen and bathroom. Nothing was done. The end of October to beginning of November more people reported the problem so they put out bait boxes and gave us traps to set out our selves. (Why didn't they do it'' Lazy!) January rolls around, NO RELIEF YET! We have caught 15 RATS, not mice, but RATS, still they keep coming. Keeping us up all night not to mention the horrible smell they cause when they die in the walls and the office manager just simple states, "well we just might have to smell them for a few days till we can have someone come out and find it." UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Not only do they produce a horrible smell when they die, but they produce maggits, a lot of them. I had to sweep them up every morning on my way out the door to work. GROSS!! Not to mention the rats are in your air ducts, which mean, their poop and maggits were not only in the kitchen and bathroom floors every night, but every time the air kicked on, their stuff would shoot out the vents in all the rooms. Will they give you back your rent or compensate you some how on the problems you are being put through by their incompentence, you may ask' NO I think NOT. They just say "sorry, you will just have to deal with it till we can get rid of them." This wouldn't have been so bad if the problem hadn't happened a few months before this incident and they didn't take the appropiate precautions the first time to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Also, it should not take 5 months to get rid of rats.
DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!
THEY DON'T CARE, THEY ARE ONLY HERE FOR THE MONEY, NOT TO MAKE IT COMFORTABLE FOR THEIR GUEST!

I LIVED THERE AROUND THE SAME TIME BUT I NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM. I HAD TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE BREAKING IN TO MY APARTMENT AND STEALING. AND MANAGEMENT WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE BROKEN DOOR AND WINDOW. I BROKE MY LEASE AND LEFT BECAUSE THIS HAPPEN TWICE TO ME.
