i lived in bullard crossing for 9 months leasing with my mom and we had a very nice woman above us but horrible beside us. the police were always at our home because of the manager. outragous rules about cars the manager is a ----- dont bother trying to talk to her about problems because she lives there and while we didnt have water her building always did, nice area very well kept property but the staff is very hard to get along with and that makes it almost impossible to live there. when my mom moved out i continued to live there and things only got worse with the manager, this is a good place for older people to live and families with young children but i wouldnt recommend it even to families with children age 16 and up because if anything happens its your door that is knocked on first even if you are a law obideing citizen you are still blamed for everything i would only recomend it to old people that have no life because friends coming over are bullied by the police man on duty if they park there car close to your apartment due to the fact that they think your company should park a mile from your house to come and see you and dont stand outside after dark or its suspicious a cop will stop you 5 minutes out the door....... those of you with car systems be ware!!!!!! NO!! THE MANAGER I REPEAT IS A SERIOUS -----
