I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. The manager doesn't know how to run a NICE apartment complex. If you have a problem you will be told that Barbara has been doing this for over 20 years. Well maybe it is time for Barbara to retire. The only saving grace for this place is the assistant manager who tries to smooth things over when Barbara screws up, which she does a lot. She forgets to put in your service request, she won't return your call if it is negative and she forgets everything. The apartment wasn't clean when I moved in, the dryer vents are 2 inches smaller than the coed says they should be but they are grandfathered so they won't fix them. It takes 4 cycles for the clothes to get dry. So watch out for your electric bill. They police officer that Barbara has hired to help with the noise never returns your calls. I have left a number of messages on a number of occasions and neither he nor the office ever called me. You never see him in the day or at night. Tyler is getting more and more apartments and rental properties go to them if this is the last place live in a box!!!!
