I lived at Bullard Crossing for a year, and would not recommend this place at all. The maintenance order never gets "put in the computer" or "they don't know what happened to the order." I lived with sewage backing up in the bathroom sink for a month, finally had to contact the corporate office to get anything done. Gave up on getting the stench out of the kitchen - smelled like urine (not animal urine) in the kitchen. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Utility bills were horrendous - during the summer kept the thermostat at 85 and it bills still ran $200
