I LIVED IN THE H BUILDING FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. THE KEPT COMING UP WITH RIDICULOUS RULES THAT WERE NO WHERE IN THE LEASE AND MAINTENANCE REQUESTS NEVER GOT PUT IN THE COMPUTER. I FINALLY HAD TO MOVE OUT WHEN BLACK MOLD TOOK OVER MY APARTMENT AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO FIX IT. I RECENTLY CHECKED MY CREDIT AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO PUT THAT I OWE THEM 1 MONTHS RENT. This place needs major management overhaul. All the peopleworking in the office are basically stupid and morons. They tried to raise our rent by giving us a note which was late and with a smiley face that sez sorry it was late. When I told them that by law, they are required to send that notice to renter at least 60 days before, they agreed not to raise our rent the following month. Ad yes, m car was burglarized in that ghetto as well.
