When we moved in the apartment was not ready,it had not been cleaned, there was paint overspray on the appliances, mold in the bathrooms, the oven was disgusting and the dishwasher was broken. We had originally signed a 12 month lease, they would not let us see the apartment before we signed and the one we ended up with looked nothing like the model, after we saw the aparment I reduced the lease to six months. They did do some of the repairs but the AC would not hold set point, it would gain 8 to 10 degrees every afternoon, after the third call on the AC I was told basically to deal with it, this was before summer. We broke our lease after three months and of course they kept all of the deposits. Now they are sending us to a collection agency without sending us a bill. These people are scum, they are cheap but you still do not get what you pay for. RUN

Everything they are saying happened to us also. They did all of the above and then some and said they would let us out of our lease because of so many problems caused by THEM and then stuck us with a $741.00 reletting fee and late fees because we told them to take there fraudulent reletting fee out of our deposit! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
