We lived there for a year! Nothing ever got fixed they didn't care either. They never took care of maintenance supposedly got lost in computer. They never do what they say they are going to do. The rules are crazy and so are they. We thought about calling the news because of the bugs that supposedly bug people come in and spray but never once did I see them and I was at the apartment everyday. Yes very cheap but you get cheap in return. You can hear through the walls and even smells come through depending on what is being cooked next door.

I absolutely agree! But this place is no longer cheap and the management under Barbara sucks! The maintenance guys is extremely crazy and sure enough if the people upstairs are screwing, you can hear 'em downstairs
