Waste of time and Money!!!

We lived in Bullard Crossing for a short time. Lost money, time and got screwed over! We have an infant and the A/C never worked! We had $300 dollar electric bills because of that. We also had to pay alot to get in and they really screwed us over with our deposits. We were told the extra rent payment was for the last months rent and when we moved out and didnt pay the last month after we verified with them thats what we were doing they told us they were going to start the eviction process! They told us they werent going to charge us for certain things out of our deposit and did. We had to mail our keys to them and they charged us saying they didnt get them. YEAH RIGHT! When you try to reach the corp office they dont help at all either! They wont return your calls or email! The people in the office were very rude. The maintenance had 1 good maitenance man and the others had no clue what was going on. We were told our a/c kept freezing up and they would check on it once in awhile to thaw it out. THERE IS NO RESOLUTION AT THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
