It's a pretty groovy little pad. I am amazed that I cannot here our loud neighbors once inside, and yes there are a few cars broken into, mine was one of them, but the cars that are broken into are usually the cars parked on the street where there is no lighting if you park in the well lighted parking lot all is good. Another annoying thing is manegments goal to have every single apartment looking the exact same from the out side, you can only have white curtains. But all in all I am very happy with it, it seems to be very well insulated because our electricity bill was up to 50% less than some of our friends' apartments at other complexes and we also can not here the wild neighbors unless a window is open or we are outside. It's very close to the campus at UT Tyler and it is just alot better than the two "recomended" places to live that are close to the campus.
