I love the apartment, but the office staff could use a few lessons in the customers service area. They are not very personable and when you ask them for anything they ace like you are asking for a pint of blood. One of the maintence guys is not that great either. He gets mad when you ask him to do his job. I have heard of him running folks out of the pool so he can clorinate the water before the pool is supposed to close. I used to think he was a nice guy...I don't know what happened.
