We have lived here for 6 years now. We have never had a problem with the staff or other personnel. Of the two minor incidents on items that needed repairing in the house the maintenance man was prompt and knowledgeable. By and large the complex is quiet despite being near a major university. There have been no incidents involving property damage or assaults in 5 years. We enjoy living here and have had no problems.
