Cedar trails is probably one of the nicer, better deals on apartments for someone going the UT Tyler. It's a very good location for this purpose, and has a nice quiet atmosphere because it's off the beaten path. Of course, there are many other residents that are not students or possibly go to Tyler Junior College, which is just as well. There are some areas on the grounds that could be more well lit, but good overall. The sprinklers are badly placed and positioned at times, which is annoying.
