Great apartments, good service!

They are really great about getting something done when I put in a work order as well as being fast and reliable.

The price can't be beat either for an apartment this size and in good of shape being this close to UT Tyler.

Another great thing is that it extremely quiet here so I'm able to get work done.

The only down side is that parking is sometimes really hard to find at certain hours.

Other than that, I would definitely suggest this place for good comfortable living!
