Nice location, pricing, and apartments. TERRIBLE management.

I moved here for college, and initially had no problems with the staff.
The apartments were very nice, and clean.
The location is great for UTT as well as TJC.
The comfort of the tucked away complex is very appealing, and a great plus for living here.
However, the management ruins the whole deal.
The maintenance people are great, don't get me wrong, but the property manager has a certain way of making you feel as if you live in an orphanage.
She is nothing short of a rude, inconsiderate person with no respect for her tenants.
She'll always find a way to charge you for your NEIGHBOR'S wrong-doings, as well as fail to inform you of price hikes.
Thus, making your rent checks a little short, which in the end, makes it late.
Welp! There's 50 bucks right in her pocket for the outrageous late fee!
Other than the terrible staff (actually, the assistant manager is a sweetheart) Cedar Trails is a nice place to live.
I'd recommend it, but only if you know your apartment won't be in shouting range of a manager having a bad day.
