These apartments are way too overpriced for the quality! When I moved in and filled out the paper with everything that needed repairs, I thought it be fixed promptly. However, 2 months later, they STILL haven't come over to fix a darn thing! 2 MONTHS! It's ridiculous. And if you live here and want to get a puppy, too bad. They require pets to be one year old so I had to send my dog away. The girls that work in the office are horrible and one is just heartless. I have paid way too much money for these apartments but I haven't received a single benefit. I do admit, parking is fine and the neighbors are friendly. But the walls are THIN. I hear a lot! I definitely would not reccommend these apartments to anyone. In fact, I have already turned some people away.

While apartment hunting, I found that many many apartments require pets to be at least one year old. I'm thinking the staff must be different now than they were then, because the are not at all as they are described in these negative reviews. They are so genuinely sweet and courteous.

They are nice at times, but to me they lack tact and professionalism. They should read people skill books. Lol. Alot of things suck about these apartments and I'm sure that the staff gets drowned with complaints. People should actually check on places like this with great due diligence. The walls are thin and there are alot of "trashy" people who live here. There's one guy - who appears nice - that walks around and picks things up and he hangs out alot in the gym to watch TV. He scares me. Anyway...these apartments just aren't well built. That has nothing to do with the staff...
