I have lived here two years. The unit itself is very spacious, although the bathroom and kitchen counter coverings flake off and holes in the walls have been half heartedly covered up. Everything was clean upon move in and it is usually very quiet unless you have college age neighbors, which we did for a time. The staff was fairly prompt when we were forced to report their trash and partying. We also had to report someone for having a pit bull (a banned breed and over the weight limit) and it was removed immediately. I love the pet policy <25 pounds - that means our dog (who is small) won't have to deal with large dogs in his area. This is just a personal preference.

The people who live here are a mix of families and singles. The only thing I really hate is how much people litter here, more so than other apts I have lived in. The people are usually very friendly and many people have pets. We have had our car broken into and our roommates motorcycle was stolen, never to be seen again. Otherwise, I usually feel safe and there have been no major crimes I have been aware of.

We have had some maintenance issues - one word - wasps! Red wasps invaded our apartment, I think they have a huge nest in the chimney. The staff would never go over normal pest control which just put them at bay for a week or two. These things would dive bomb you, not kidding. My arm swelled for a week after being stung once. They could also do better with the landscaping in the back. Our sidewalk completely floods when it rains, you're better off walking in the grass. Our upstairs A/C had to be fixed more than once and always broke on the weekend. Otherwise, we had one lost rent check and they paid to put a stop on the check with the bank. The staff is usually very helpful. Somehow, however, they lost their copy of our key and we had to give them another (kind of sketchy). We have enjoyed our time here for the most part but are now relocating. I think this place is about middle of the road - it's not the luxury apartments but it isn't the worst by far.
