My family used to do make readies (cleaning) at this complex. It has a very bad reputation in the Tyler community. I never lived here, but the manager was very nice at the time we worked there.

I agree with a previous statment from another reviewer, it is NOT safe for a single female to live at this complex.
It is a different place at night. Due to safety I personally would NOT step foot at this complex after dark. It is the hood.
