Do not move here...
1. If you are a female
2. If you have children
3. If you have something easily stolen of significant value (i.e. CD player, rims, etc.)
The reasons I moved here are...
1. It is cheap
2. You don't have to worry about utilities (bills are paid in full)
3. It is close to UT Tyler
However...
1. I'm a United States Marine, so people, regardless of race/sex/childhood do not naturally want to pick fights with or steal from me.
2. I am living with another young buck like myself, which provides for some added protection.
3. I'm not a innate ass-hole and am for the most part respectful of my neighbors (and don't give them a reason to steal from me)
So...
As another resident stated, this is Tyler's apartment version of "the hood". You get what you pay for, and you had better be able to whoop some arse (or at least look like you can) if you want to make it out alive and kicking.
