Pretty Bad, no security, plan on getting robbed

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
the apartment i moved into was crappy, carpet torn up, cracks in walls, drains not working. my car got broke into right at the front entrance. if they are closed on sunday when rent due they still charge late fees while its not your fault! with all the money they are pulling out of extra fees i dont see why they dont put up security to make this a nicer place. even with petitions for security there is nothing being done
