Only a fool would move into Eastwood apartments. Between the crime and the roaches there is no room for descent people to live. You have people walking up and down the sidewalks all times of the night. Crime is an everyday occurance. Then when you ask managment for security she gets an attitude and says to "file the damage on your insurance". The apartments are in very poor condition. They have just started "trying" to fix them up since people are moving out left and right. Oh but don't think those renovations come at a cost. The rent goes up every year but the quality of living goes down. All they care about is getting the rent by the 1st of the month. Be late on that and you will be sure to hear from the landlord. But call her about the cars and property being vandelized or the petifiles jackoff in the windows at night and you get no response. I could go on and on about HoodWood Apartments but I'll end with this....Only a FOOL would move there.
