Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
We love living here. It is peaceful and safe and quiet for families. The electric bills are quite high, though. BUT, I will have to say that everything else about this place outweighs that 100 to 1. The management is wonderful and the maintenance staff gets things done quickly, efficiently, and well.
