The Establishment is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance and management are kind and attentive. Any service I have needed has been attended to immediately. I feel they often go above and beyond what is expected. I live among friendly neighbors who are young professionals and are mature (Read not a bunch of kiddos playing their stereos until 2am). I only have to run my air conditioner or heater on days that the temps are extreme. They both funtion extremely well and my apartment appears to be well insulated. My electric bill is very reasonable if not cheap! I have lived in several apartment complexes in Tyler over the last 16 years and this is my favorite! I love my apartment!
