The lawn is mowed three or four times a week. But the manger ignores and does no maintenance inside the apts. She is obsessed over each piece of grass but lets renters live with gross conditions in apts. Broken appliences, mold, leaks bad AC.

Utilities are way too high. Electric bills are three and four times higher than they should be. Water is billed back to the renters so the manager over waters to point it runs down street and into parking lots. The water bills, which the renters have to pay, have tripled.
There are dark alcoves that are unsafe. The owner mounted runway lights on the top of the buildings which glare in the second story apts but don't help ground level dark spaces. Safety at ground level is questionable for night time. Very dark areas to walk through unless the renters turn on their porch lights, which is not always done.

The apts are very old, cabinets really old and run down, AC leaks water into apts walls ceilings, roof leaks etc. smells from other apts would indicate vent space is messed up. I think I paid some AC for all in building. Had lots of health issues while there (allergies flue lungs burning) that I don't have when gone. It is unhealthy due to mold, high humidity and all the water around the apts, and AC vent grime. Just a mess,,,but boy the lawn looks good when you come to view the apts. Don't be fooled. Nothing inside is ever fixed. Manager knows nothing about keeping up basics and is not interested in trying to. Just worries about lawn and surface impression. Manager gives a run around about fixing problems until you just quit asking.
All these great ratings on here must be from friends of manager or put out by staff after bad ratings started. IT is over priced for age and condition, and once you are here noting is done to fix problems in apts or keep up the AC / heat pipes etc. I mean serious stuff like leaks, bad appliences and more.
Grossly overpriced unless you like paying for absurd lawn care, managers whims and old run down apts with crudy cabinets and leaky pipes.

The manager dictates what people can have on patios. If she can see it she obsesses. She won't allow animals but they used to. Lots of people have moved out lately. I always felt over controled and uneasy in Establishment.
