Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The first week we lived here - no hot water. The second week - 2 days without hot water. It seems to me and my roomate that a pipe breaks every month. We are constantly fighting to get things done around here. Bottom line, if you enjoy the simple pleasures such as a doorknob that works or water, dont come here.
