Car Break-ins, No WATER, Dirty!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
Mgt will turn to water off with no notice. The grounds have gone down hill since mgt changed about four months ago. Security is a big issue, car break-ins happen aleast once a week. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
