I love living here. We have new owners and new management and things have definately gotten alot better around here. The water has been an issue due to the underground pipes that are very old. The new owners are working very hard on a permanent fix so that are no more water issues. And when the management shuts the water off without notice...Its called an emergency!! We all have those sometimes. It cant be helped. There have been no car breakins to my knowledge. My neighbors are great and I would reccommend this apartment to anyone(and have!)
