I moved in due to approximate distance from my work. I was looking for an apt complex with a good maintenance staff that kept the grounds up and the apartment homes problem free. I anticipated working an excessive and sporadic work schedule there I chose an apt complex for a maintenance staff to take care of things as is. Since I have moved in, the maintenance staff has quickly responded to my needs in my apt. My neighbors are reasonably quiet, everyone minds their own business for the most part. The manager and assistant manager are very courteous and ensure things are taken care as to be expected. I am happy here, it is conveniently located, yet still out of the way of the worst part of Tyler traffic. Since I have moved in last August I have seen there is a strong presence of the water problem being resolved on a permanent basis. The lease payment is as reasonable as can be found in Tyler as well. I am happy here enough to sign into a new lease and into a larger unit this month!
