The management changed 3 times while I lived here. When my lease expired, they lost my last months rent and my written notice to move out. They tried to charge me over $1,000 in fees. The started charging a water bill and moved me apartments, all without compliance with my lease. Hidden Springs is not worth the hassle or the people and invironment.

I totally hear you, loud and clear. I have a flawed credit report because of this place! We lived there around the same time, and they lost the notice that the management said I didn't have to clean my apartment when I moved out because it was never cleaned when I moved in the first time! Ridiculous that they are charging me for carpet replacement and paint and new fixtures when the place was trashed to begin with! These people ought to be shut down.
