Living at the Hudson is a wonderful experience - that's probably why there's a huge waiting list.

First, the noise - almost nonexistant. The only thing that is slightly annoying is a neighbor's barking dog, but I can only hear that when I am outside my apartment. There is a fair amount of doggy litter in areas where it's not designated, but that's a minor problem.

Second, the parking - awesome. Guests are to park on the street nearby which is a dead end, no traffic street. It makes the parking much easier on the residents and I have NEVER had to search for a spot, no matter what the time.

Third, the space - the one bedroom is designed really well. Our bills are really low (below $70/month in the summer!). Plenty of room, and there are two people living here. Beautiful brick fireplace. The apartment was in pristine condition when I moved in.

Fourth, the location. Pretty safe, although South Tyler is notorious for car break ins. Never felt unsafe at all. Location is the best in Tyler. Minutes from everything that you need to do - grocery, pharmacy, mall, colleges, etc.

Finally, office staff - couldn't be more helpful. Knew my name immediately, knows me individually. I love that. They really seem to care about my needs or concerns. Many managers stop caring once a lease is signed, but the Hudson cares MORE after you sign your lease.

Awesome place to live. Get on the waiting list and get in here!!
