I have lived at HG for more than a year now and have to agree with some of the other complaints written here. First of all, there is virtually no security here at all. The "guards" consist of a woman, or two, sitting in their cars at 1 and 2 in the morning. I have come in late in the evening and have never once been questioned as to who I am. Most of the summer, we had people jumping the fence to swim at night les than 100 feet from the security guard. I have complained about this issue and not one thing has been done to correct it! I have talked with the "new" management, as I did the old, about the condition of my carpet to no avail. It was worn when I moved in and noted on the lease agreement, but no response from the management. I was to have received a call back more than a month ago. Maintenance is another story. They have two GREAT guys working here who are kind and helpful and always fix a problem quickly. Too bad those girls in the office don't take some lessons from those guys. I am only staying here until I find a house. I would not recommend living here to anyone I know.
