I hated living here. The management was the worst I have ever encountered. One word describes them "FAKE". They avoid dealing with problems and get on the defense really quick. If you move here be ready to pay huge electric bill. I now own a house that is twice the size of our apartment and all of our utility bills do not add up to one electric bill at the apartment. Our air conditioner did not work properly and they insisted that nothing was wrong with it and then called two weeks later to ask if it was working better that they had put refrigerant in it. Huh' I thought nothing was wrong!!!!! They never have their story straight. The parking here is horrible you can never find a decent parking spot next to your apartment. They screw you over up on move out and charge you the repairs for normal wear and tear and charge way over what it would cost. Neighbors are unfriendly and hit your cars and then run everytime they see you!! Just overall a bad experience and glad to be away from snooty, fake management!!!

I don't know what this guy is talking about because I have yet to meet someone that is unfriendly at this community. My family moved here what we thought would be a temporary move and have been here for years because we love it. We could move to a house, but this is the perfect community. The people are always nice. If you are out walking your pet people wave and stop to talk. I have never had an issue with the maintenance or the management. They have always taken care of everything. My guess would be the person that made this review did something wrong and is angry. If their neighbors are unfriendly, it is probably because they themselves weren't nice.

I FULLY AGREE WITH THIS POSTING!! The ladies in the office are soo FAKE! The manager (Noel) obviously has never been a manager before! She's the worst due to lacking people skills which is number 1 when your a manager. If they have an issue they'll send you a note but yet when you call about something they don't acknowledge their note verbally! I hate living here it is way overpriced for what you get. The hot tub NEVER works (one of the reasons I even moved here!) and the walls are extremely thin! Parking is terrible, hate when I have groceries because it's a distance to carry them. Overall, DO NOT MOVER HERE! You'll be extremely disappointed. The only good thing is the security which are only there Monday-Friday (WTF...you'd think you'd want them on the wknds!!)

You can never trust FAKE, it's what they used to refer to as PLASTIC decades before, there is no feeling in them other than getting what they want. It's all about the bottom line folks. But I bet things in her apartment are fixed immediately if she lives on site.
