I've lived here for years and have had nothign but roach problems. I've contacted management on a monthly basis for years about the problem and nothing has ever been every done. They recently sprayed, but I had to empty my entire kitchen of its contents. Maintenence has been a few times when my shower's been broken, but won't fix the peeling ancient linolium or clean carpet that was FILTHY when I moved in. My bathroom had molded that hasn't been removed and my balcony railing has been missing bolts since I moved in. I felt safe in the complex until a group of guys walked by my window waving a large handgun. To top it all off, rent has been hiked significantly with no improvements in service or ground maintenence.

i love that its all bills paid but i dont think its best for me it seems to nasty
