Some good, some bad. Been a res for a couple of years, mainly stay because of low rent. Although they have gone up, stating that it was to cover improvements... WHAT improvements' Only thing seen is a retaining wall for the buildings in the back where some very questionable tentants live. When had a maintance prob, quick response but with cheap fixes. Noise level is horrible. There is occassional security, but when they are here, the riff raff disappear so it appears there is no problems. Too bad they cant be here more often, then maybe it could be a nicer complex. Management seems to only care about keeping it full and not so much as to WHO they rent to. Lots of questionalbe goings on. Overal if you want, questionalbe neighbors, non interested management, cheap mainatence, noisey surroundings, buggy apartments, no parking then come on over. Hope to NOT see you soon.

What constitutes "questionable" to you as tenants? That's a very broad generalization.
