I've lived here for about three years and will continue living here until I leave Tyler or I make more money. You cannot beat the rent! Some of the buildings are all-bills-paid, and the ones that aren't, you only have to pay electricity. There's no other complex in Tyler that has this value.
These apartments are old, so don't expect anything fancy. The maintenence staff is very friendly and very helpful, so if anything breaks, they will fix the problem ASAP.
Personally, I think the place could have nicer landscaping, and the community is not very well lit at night. There's no reserved parking, so on the weekends you may have to park a little farther from your door. Also, some apartment complexes in the area has some less-than-savory tenants, and they like to party and be walking around at odd hours.
In summary, this apartment is definetly not my dream home, but it's definetly satisfactory. I would recommend this place to my friends.
