I found black mold in my apartment and they are letting me out of my lease and all they did is replace a piece of wood. The managers are very rude and did not believe me until I showed them laboratory test confirming it. The mold was coming through the ceiling due to a leak in the unit above me which means there is more you can't see. They admitted they knew it was there a YEAR before i moved in. You would think that they would want to be helpful and courteous- but they are rude.
