Slow maintenance, but great everything else. Once they changed mgmt. in 2001, it was smooth sailing. Decent rent and upstairs apartments that didn't come with a $200 light bill. These apts. actually have insulation! Overall a good choice. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
