I think these apartments are among the nicest in Tyler. It is usually very quiet, and I haven't had any problems. I think the rent may be a little on the high side, but it's worth it for the great location. The landscape is always being worked on, so it always looks wonderful. The Orkin man comes once every other month I think. I haven't really had any problems with bugs. I read some of the other reviews and some of them are bad, but that was back in 2000 and 2001, and a lot has changed. I think someone else bought the apartment complex and it is under new management. Anyways, the problems that the other people mentioned seem to have been taken care of. If I stay in Tyler, I will definitely be staying in Quail Creek Apartments.
