I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and have a very bad experience with the staff and the manager. A lady who is a manager seems like a sweet person but in fact is rude, stubborn and not willing to cooporate.
The apartment complex is fairly old, so I could hear the neighbour for upstairs walking, talking, listening to music or tv. The floors are squeaking and cracking so you can actually figure out in which part of the apartment is your neighbour currently at. The apartment was not cleaned well before I moved in (the carpet was dirty with leaves and hairs) even though you give a $50 deposit (I would assume that would be a decoration fee like in other apartments where I lived). The walk-in-closet smelt like mold and after my complaint, they just informed me that they didn't smell anything. I had to move my clothes to other room so that it doesn't smell.
Overall, very bad experience, the management will try to rob you, and instead of helping you, they will try to rip you off.

Look for some other place to live, if you have to rent an apartment. For the money you're paying, you will probably find a better place than this.

I totally agree, can't wait for my lease to run out so I can move. I know plenty of people who pay less and get a lot nicer apartment in Tyler. You won't have to look far to find something better than quail creek and if you see any good reviews they are probably just the people in the office pretending to be residents to make this place sound better than it really is.
