Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I live in an upstairs one bedroom apartment and cannot get cool. My air conditioner runs continuously and my electric bill is always too high inspite of the fact that I am never at home during the day and turn my air up when I leave. My electric bill has been extremely high since the day I moved in! I have been living here a year and I am looking for another place and hope to find one soon.
