I lived here for 6 months and I thought the apartment itself was very nice. It is a huge floor plan and its quite comfortable. They really could use some updates on the appliances and the cabinents, but the absolute worst thing is the HARVEST GOLD bath tub and sink in the bathroom. It just always looks dirty because of the color, even if you just cleaned. The office staff is friendly overall, they do make you wait a while before fixing any problems. The mainanance people are awful. They kept asking if I lived there every time they saw me, even though they'd been to my place and seen me several times. The rent was kind of high, but not overpriced. It was very soundproof, and I liked that aspect of it. Overall, it was decent, but I decided to move out anyway.

Harvest gold is not that bad, and is actually coming back in style. If you have the time and money, get a room at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, a very upscale hotel, if you don't know this. Their rooms are decorated in this style.

Even if you are not a fan of harvest gold, there are other options. My sink and tub are white and I love it. The apartment homes are about 35 years old but are so well maintained you would never guess their age. They can definitely compete with any complex in Tyler on cleanliness, price, and space.

I love how the same two people, both on management, keep trying to combat any negative comments on this place... It just gives further proof to how the management really is.
