Yes, the floorplans are very big. The bills aren't that bad. Our electric bill was around 60-80 in the summer and it's around 50 now. The facilities are nice. It's in a very convienant place.

But here's the bad part.

The lady in the office(TALL MANLY LOOKING ONE) is a -----. She apparently has spies all around this place and they lie. I feel like I'm in a weird epsiode of Big Brother.
There is no parking really. I swear I have to park around the whole apts to find a spot.
There are parties, but they aren't that bad.

This person is "mean spirited" by making personal attacks on a person's appearance. This manager is one of the best in the business, fair, and if one were to take notice in her office, she has an award for being the National Apartment Manager of the year. One does not get to this level by being a spy, or a ----, whatever that may mean.

I have to agree. I am in management, and you don't get there by being shady or stepping on others. This person obviously doesn't know how to sit down and work out problems. The office staff are professional and totally willing to work with you anytime you have a problem. Our apartment complex is one of the safest in Tyler, and it is because they keep close watch on things. If you want to live somewhere where you can do whatever you want and trash everything in sight, don't live here. Our residents are respectful and responsible and care what happens in their community. Parking is not bad. Drive through here at night and you will see all of the empty spaces. There is plenty of parking. We have 3 cars and have never had an issue.
